Where is the workshop?

We are located at Unit 2 / 8 Green Glen Road Ashmore. We are in a small industrial area behind the car dealership  “Gold Coast Car Warehouse” . Look for the driveway up the hill and our workshop is on the right hand side.

My car is still under manufacturers warranty, are you sure you can service it?

Yes. Information is made available along with your logbook to ensure everything is carried out as per manufacturer requirements. Along with using Penrite Oils and manufacturer or equivalent parts, you can rest easy that choosing Ashmore RWC to service your vehicle is in line with your new car warranty requirements.

Do you offer a warranty? 

Yes we guarantee our workmanship. We offer a 10,000km/ 6 month warranty on all work carried out when new parts are fitted. If second-hand parts are fitted, the warranty on parts depends on the supplier and is usually limited to 45 days. 

How much is your hourly labour rate?

We currently charge $110 per hour inclusive of GST.

Can I wait for my car whilst it is being serviced?

You are more than welcome to wait for your car while it is being serviced. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is right across the road, so feel free to grab a coffee and relax whilst we take care of your car. We will call you as soon as we are done.

My car isn’t due for service but one of the headlight bulbs is out and my wiper blades are not working properly, can you fix this?

Yes we can. 

Are you a qualified mechanic?

Yes, I have been a qualified mechanic for many years and keep my trade papers at the workshop. Please be aware that unfortunately there are workshops who employ staff that aren’t actually qualified. Rest assured all of our mechanics are experienced and fully qualified to work on your vehicle.
